Select instructions for the legacy workflow, or leave unselected to use the new section-based workflow.

New Workflow: You can create custom sections after dossier creation in the Sections tab.

New Section-Based Workflow

You've chosen to create a dossier without predefined instructions. After creation, you can add individual sections with custom configuration in the Sections tab.
